Akbar is an old and regular customer of Ahmed and just on a phone call, Ahmed delivers clothes to Akbar at his business place as per his demand and always meets his expectation regarding quality of ordered clothes. This year, as the winter season was approaching, Akbar wanted to buy the seasonal clothes and ordered the required clothes on a phone call. Once the order delivered at his business place, Akbar was not satisfied regarding the quality of the received clothes.
