Direct Employment and outsource employement. By direct you mean like finding a job in the local industry and by outsource you mean kind of like freelance. Is that correct?

@mehwish The direct employee of a business is that who is working for an employer/client or company, for example, a freelancer. An outsource is that who assign/outsource the work to another freelancer.
The employer can also be the outsource because most of the employers who have a lot of work; they assign/outsource work to someone else (freelancer/employees).

@zaasmi Yes, in the upcoming video lectures, instructors will also teach you practical things. There are Quiz and hands-on-exercises in the coming weeks for your practice purpose.
To get experience in your skill, we suggest you kindly explore by your self and do the practice of your skill. -

In the upcoming videos of week 3, the instructor will guide you in detail about Traditional or Non-traditional freelancing platforms like Fiverr, Freelancer, peopleperhour, guru and Upwork.

@mehwish If someone does not know how to use a computer then we will suggest him to learn the basics of computer literacy. We are offering “Digital Literacy” course which can help that person in understanding the basics of computer literacy.
