By going global, an entrepreneur generates greater opportunities of wealth making and employment generation to benefit individuals across the borders. In the meanwhile, international entrepreneurship demands innovative business solutions to face hyper competition. This notion confirms the buzz “Innovate or Die” for the entire entrepreneur community across the globe. International entrepreneurs must list down the sources of change and innovation and then purposefully apply the principles of successful innovation to avoid starvation on the canvas of disruption and innovation. Entrepreneurs attached to manufacturing SMEs in Pakistan struggle to take innovation based initiatives. During manufacturing of goods for international brands these SMEs can be observed obeying multiple quality standards to comply multinationals’ requirements only, but with no real innovation. The reluctance towards innovation is either caused by internal (Organization and personal) or external (Environmental) factors.
Point of discussion:
Provide argument to clarify either the reluctance towards innovation is stressed by internal or external factors. (5 Marks)

Pharmaceutical companies in Pakistan have been concerned with the disease awareness of the patients and the general public. Public awareness seminars, literacy camps and direct marketing are the formal tools to aware the stakeholders about a particular disease symptoms, causes, remedies, cure and prevention. Although, these conventional tools are well versed and practiced since decades in Pakistan but the challenge of digitalization is lurking on effectiveness of marketing campaigns for these pharmaceutical companies. Online health literacy campaign is an option for pharmaceutical companies to meet this challenge of digitalization.

Learning Outcome: Students will comprehend specific needs for different startup types. Background:
An entrepreneur is an enthusiastic and motivated individual and it needs him to visualize economic goals correctly at the beginning of a business journey. Therefore he must carefully select the type and timing of the business. In other words he or she must strategically seize a business opportunity. Hence, the selection of a startup is critical and it is favorably linked to the entrepreneurial attributes and their potential capitalization. An entrepreneur can either have a Foundation Company, Lifestyle Firm or a Gazelle/High Potential Venture for a startup option.
Case:
Miss Fatima, a fashion designing graduate, is working in research and development department section of a famous female outfit brand. Her job is to think of innovative ideas and develop unique products related to fashion industry and maintain cutting edge distinctive advantage of the firm in the market. Amid economic crunch of the country, the company is being forced to downsize its HR thus creating a vibe of job insecurity among its employees. In these conditions Fatima is intended to prepare plan B to bear the worst case scenario and start her own business in case of her job layoff from the company.
Requirement:
Being a student of entrepreneurship you need to give answers to the following questions. Question: What type of startup is most suitable for Fatima complying with her personal
