You should communicate with your customers in a very convincing way. Make sure that you describe the product or service you are offering in the best way possible. Also, explain to the customers what benefits they would have by getting the product or service.

We can say marketing is exchange?Marketing is the study and management of exchange relationships. It is the business process of creating relationships with and satisfying customers. Because marketing is used to attract customers, it is one of the primary components of business management and commerce. Whereas, Exchanging is; To give in return for something received; trade: exchange dollars for francs; exchanging labor for room and board. to give and receive reciprocally; interchange: exchange gifts; exchange ideas. There is a big difference in both of the terms.

Negotiation and communication skills are very important while dealing with your client. While communicating with the client, always keep in mind the win-win situation and pay close attention to your first impression & reduce the waiting times.
First, you need to improve the understandability so you can interpret the client’s message and secondly, you must be able to convey your planned message as it is to your client.
When you’ll respond to the client with a valid solution, the client gives it more values and importance. So always try to discuss more the problem’s solution, so the client can offer you a project. -
What is difference between delivering and exchanging ? Both are not same, just adding receiving something in return.
