Sir, what is Cognitive Dissonance keeping in view the post purchase behavior?
Cognitive dissonance is the state of mind that holds opposing, and even irreconcilable ideas, at the same time. It’s a state of mind that most people find sufficiently uncomfortable to motivate them to find some way of reconciling the two views. For instance, by rejecting the authority of one of the views. Often, the resolution is irrational. Marketing strategies that employ cognitive dissonance can be effective, although only within certain limits. People are hardwired to seek consistency in their views and behaviors. Cognitive dissonance occurs when information comes along that runs counter to your beliefs.

First of all, you need to have an idea about the taste and requirements of the customer. Secondly, you have to design your marketing strategy in such a way that it should directly address the demands of a customer. The ratio of engagement oversight is always less but with the time you will be able to know about the main ingredients to be addressed; discounts, time, pricing and quality.

My question is about the last point in the process of marketing i.e; Offering. How market or customer feed back and subsequent loyalty is related to the word “offering”?
The last step in the process of Marketing is “Exchanging value” which means that you are giving value to the customer in the shape of the product and getting value in exchange as money.
Whereas, an offering is a product or service you are providing to your customer. It also includes elements that represent additional value to your customers, such as availability, convenient delivery, technical support or quality of service.
For Example, you have sold a car to a customer for 10 lac rupees and a 5-year warranty. In this scenario, the car and the warranty is the offering and 10 lac rupees is the exchange. -
