how blood vessles grow artificial method
Although this research will further need proper experiments in future but still some work has been done. Three basic elements are generally required for the construction of an artificial vessel: a structural scaffold, made either of collagen or a biodegradable polymer; vascular cells, and a nurturing environment.

Some researchers say that Uracil DNA glycosylases, specifically remove uracil from DNA that results from spontaneous deamination of cytosine. Mutant cells that lack this enzyme have a high rate of G≡C to A꞊T mutations. This glycosylase does not remove uracil residues from RNA or thymine residues from DNA. The capacity to distinguish thymine from uracil which is the product of cytosine deamination is necessary for the selective repair of the later taht may be one reason why DNA evolved to contains thymine instead of uracil while RNA contains uracil instead of thymine.

What is Nucleosides???
-
A nucleoside consists of a nitrogenous base covalently attached to a sugar (ribose or deoxyribose) but without the phosphate group.
-
Nucleosides are glycosylamines that can be thought of as nucleotides without a phosphate group. A nucleoside consists simply of a nucleobase (also termed a nitrogenous base) and a five-carbon sugar ribose whereas a nucleotide is composed of a nucleobase, a five-carbon sugar, and one or more phosphate groups.

As the instructor said there is prime designation of carbon molecule in a pentose sugar but 4 is not a prime number, then how the carbon at position 4 ciuld be a member of prime designation??

You are a bit confused regarding the Prime mark. It is not just 3 prime or 5 prime. The carbons of the ribose are numbered 1 to 5. The prime mark is there to distinguish the carbons of the sugar from the carbons of the nucleicacid/base (which are labeled without a prime).

Sir plz clarify the the topic pregnancy test in history.
In old times, there was a particular pregnancy test in which a woman who might be pregnant could urinate on wheat and barley seeds over the course of several days: “If the barley grows, it means a male child. If the wheat grows, it means a female child. If both do not grow, she will not bear at all.
