The fourth Amazon Prime Day is creeping up fast — it’s only a month away, guys. June is almost halfway over. How.

While Amazon enjoys watching us squirm when it comes to announcing the official date and items that’ll be up for grabs, we can still make a good amount of predictions. After multiple news outlets have committed to their predictions for the day, we’re feeling pretty certain that Amazon Prime Day will most likely be on July 10, so mark your calendars and make sure your bank account is ready.

If you haven’t participated in Prime Day before, here’s a rundown: It’s like the summer version of Black Friday or Cyber Monday, except the deals are only for one day and it’s an Amazon-only holiday where the golden ticket is, obviously, an Amazon Prime account. Prime members can shop tons of tech, kitchen, and home deals site wide, with new deals spawning as fast as every five minutes. Amazon basically rules the internet for a day.

It’s also bigger than Black Friday and slightly more insane: While Black Friday is always the day after Thanksgiving and Cyber Monday is always the Monday after, Amazon refuses to tell us when Prime Day will be until the last minute, making preparations a bit more difficult.

However, the July 10 conclusion that we’ve drawn feels pretty legit. And we’re not the only ones who think that — Techradar and Business Insider have both made the same call.

The ghost of Amazon Prime Days past

The first Amazon Prime Day went down on Wednesday, July 15 in 2015 (in honor of Amazon’s 20th anniversary), but all Prime Days since then have been on a Tuesday around that same point in July. Prime Day 2017 was Amazon’s most shopped day in history (until Cyber Monday 2017 surpassed it) with sales growing by over 60%. So yeah, it’s kind of a big deal.

Last year, they didn’t release the official date until June 29, so we still have a few weeks to wait if they follow the same pattern for the official announcement this year. We’re also predicting that Prime Day will last slightly over 24 hours: Last year, it went on for about 30, with the first items going on sale the night before around 9 p.m. in both the US and the UK and lasting until 3a.m.(ish) on the morning after. So, we’re mentally preparing for at least 30 hours this year, but would not be surprised if they made it even longer for 2018.

The ghost of Amazon Prime Day present

As the title of the event suggests, an Amazon Prime account is required to take advantage of this massive money-saving opportunity. We’re guessing most of you already have one, but if you don’t, here’s the gist: Yearly Prime memberships go for $119, and you can also get a month-to-month membership for $12.99/month. If you somehow haven’t used your free trial yet, you can also outsmart the system and do your free trial over Amazon Prime Day for the Prime perks. To sign up or start your trial, go here.

As for what’s going be on sale, we have some predictions based on what’s been in the running during past Prime Days: Amazon will undoubtedly put huge emphasis on all their Amazon Echo and Alexa devices, Fire TV gear (including the newly debuted Fire TV Cube), Fire tablets, and Kindles. Going off of past Amazon Prime deals, we’re also guessing that there will be crazy sales on 4K smart TVs, headphones, smart locks, lights, and thermostats, robot vacuums (specifically the Roomba) as well as gaming consoles like the Xbox One X, PlayStation 4, and Nintendo Switch.

We’re also psyched for some kitchen deals which will *hopefully* include KitchenAid mixers, Ninja and Vitamix blenders, and our beloved Instant Pot (possibly including the brand new Instant Pot Max, which is set to hit stores in late June).

And that’s barely scratching the surface of the hundreds of thousands of possible deals. Heavy breathing.
