Submit your Internship Report in MS Word format only. Submission in any other format (PDF, PPTs, etc) will NOT be considered.
The Internship Report should be prepared in accordance with the format of internship report available in the DOWNLOADS section as well as in Lesson 05 of this course on VU-LMS.
Read the series of announcements and Internship Report Writing-(Strategy & Tips) document available in the DOWNLOADS section of this course on VU-LMS. These will help you in making a quality internship report. You are required to prepare your internship report by strictly following the instructions and guidelines provided in these documents and in lesson 05 of this course available on VU-LMS.
The content (written material) of the internship report should be properly presented and formatted. As a well-presented document not only attracts reader to read the content but it also gives the impression of professionalism about the report writer. For guidance and instructions for presenting and formatting of written content of internship report, please read
of this course on VU-LMS. You will find as well as in this lesson. Read thoroughly and follow them
STRICTLY.
Include of Letter of Undertaking as well as Original Internship in your Internship Report at the places specified in the
format of internship report.
Internship Report must be uploaded against Assignment 02 on VU-LMS of this course within due date (10th January, 2020). Submission through e-mail after due date will NOT be entertained.

Due date: 10th January, 2020
24 hours extra / grace period after the due date will be available for submission on VU- LMS. The purpose of providing grace period is to overcome uploading difficulties which may be faced by the students on due date. This extra time should only be used to meet the emergencies and above mentioned due dates should always be treated as final to avoid any inconvenience.
It will be your responsibility to check your uploaded internship report on VU-LMS immediately after uploading it against assignment 02 to ensure that it is properly uploaded as corrupt files shall NOT be considered.
Plagiarism is strictly prohibited. Any evidence of plagiarism (if found at any instance) shall be strictly dealt as per “ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY” of the University. (Read the Plagiarism Sensitization Document available in the DOWNLOADS section of this course on VU-LMS).
Note Related to Load Shedding: Please be Proactive
As you know that load shedding problem is prevailing in our country. Therefore, you all are advised to prepare and submit your internship report as early as possible without waiting for the due date. Internship Report submitted after the due date via e- mail will NOT be accepted so be proactive in submitting your internship report within theduedate.Foryourconvenienceandassistance;Fall 2019coursecalendarofthis course was already published at the beginning of the semester on VU-LMS, therefore no excuse will be entertained after expiration of due date of assignment.

Internship Completion Certificate (ICC) is a certificate issued, duly signed and stamped by the organization’s authority; stating that you have completed your internship in their organization.
It must include following information:

Theissuancedateofthelettermustbementioned.
Yourjoiningandcompletiondatesofinternshipintheorganization
SignatureandstampoftheauthorizedPerson
Name and designation of the person issuing the letter
You are required to upload colored scan copy of your Original Internship Completion Certificate (ICC) within due date of Assignment (10 January 2020.).
Note for Local Students: A local student is required to bring original ICC at the time of final Presentation and Viva Voce (P&VV). Any student who fails to bring hard copy of original ICC will be considered absent and will not be allowed to appear in Presentation and Viva Voce.
Note for Overseas Students: An overseas student is required to ensure that his/her employer/authorized person sends colored scan copy of his/her “Internship Completion Certificate” within due date directly to the Course Instructor at [email protected] from his/her (employer/authorized person) official e-mail account.
Note for Jobholder Students Seeking Internship: Such students are required to upload colored scan copy of their “Job Leaving Certificate (JLC)” on VU-LMS against this assignment along with colored scan copy of their ICC.

Submission of Presentation Slides for
PASS Students
Please read the following instructions carefully before submitting your
Presentation Slides:
Presentation Power Point slides (PPTs) should be prepared strictly
considering the guidelines provided in Lesson 06 and template
available in the DOWNLOADS section of this course on VU-LMS.
Training Program, Learning Experiences, Critical Analysis and
Conclusion & Recommendations sections of your Internship
Report must be included in the presentation slides.
You are required to submit your Presentation slides against
Assignment 05 on VU-LMS within due date.
This assignment is COMPULSORY only for the students who
have passed the internship report. Students who have passed the
internship report are required to submit presentation slides as
early as possible and don’t wait for the due date. As their
presentation & viva voce session can be scheduled any day
before the due date of this assignment 05.
The Presentation Slides will NOT be reviewed and returned to students for
improvement. However, these will be evaluated during the presentation &
viva voce session.
The students whose results have been declared as “FAIL” in any
Assignment are NOT required to submit their Presentation Slides
against this assignment. Therefore, they must ignore this assignment.
Do not confuse the due date of Assignment 05 (5
th August, 2019) with
the presentation date. Presentation date can be scheduled before the
due date of assignment 05 and will be communicated to every student
individually via personalized e-mail sent at their VU e-mail accounts
therefore; you must view e-mails of this course on REGULAR basis.
Students will be informed individually at least two days in advance about
their respective date, time and venue of the presentation via e-mail at their
VU e-mail accounts; therefore, they must view their VU e-mail inbox
REGULARLY.
