To get experience in your skill, we suggest you kindly explore by your self and do the practice of your skill.

@mehwish The direct employee of a business is that who is working for an employer/client or company, for example, a freelancer. An outsource is that who assign/outsource the work to another freelancer.

The employer can also be the outsource because most of the employers who have a lot of work; they assign/outsource work to someone else (freelancer/employees).
