Suppose an enterprise intends to decentralize its infrastructure. In this process of decentralization, the enterprise has to use mobile-based services at the employee/user end. The budget allocated for this transformation is very limited, so the enterprise has to select an operating system that is flexible enough to accommodate its services and cheaper as well.
