Steps to attempt grand quiz
Earlier we had Midterm & Final term exams but, in this semester, we will conduct #Quiz_based activity for #Midterm #Examination (Spring 2020). Our course assessment scheme is already shared through Grading Scheme tab on your Course LMS.
Syllabus for final term exam is same 25% from lectures 1-22 75% from lectures 23-45. Mid-term exam is replaced by a Grand Quiz That probably will consists of 40-45 MCQs, Depending on the subject The date of the Final-term exam is not finalized yet. -

In case you have not purchased the Prospectus and selected “No” above, the system will generate a Prospectus fee voucher. Admission Form will be scrutinized by the Admission Section. The admission processing section will check admission eligibility. In case, admission form is found to be complete in all respects, the said form will be scrutinized for merit, otherwise you will receive Incomplete/Ineligible email (on case to case basis) from the concerned admission section. Merit list will be displayed on the stipulated dates at VU website. Thereafter, admission fee vouchers will be emailed to the successful candidates. Successful candidates will be required the fee vouchers within due date. Status of the admission will be published on VU website link under

Hard copy of the admission confirmation letter will be couriered to the successful candidates at their postal addresses(s). Admission confirmation letter will contain important information like “Student VU ID” & “Password” for LMS and VU Email. It is the personal responsibility of the student to secure his/her password and change it on regular basis to ensure its secrecy. Overseas Exam Software and related materials have been made available for download. Please make sure to install latest exam application available on the link given below. You must follow the sequence of instructions given below for smooth and error free installation:

Download and install only TeamViewer (Version 8 only) on workstation from following link
Note: Install the TeamViewer software for Personal/Non-Commercial use.Uninstall antivirus applications and disable windows firewall before the start of paper.
System default language MUST be English (United States). It can be set from Control Panel -> Region and Language -> Format
No proxy software/remote control software (except TeamViewer) should be installed or configured on the machine (like ultra-surf, hotspot shield, LogMeIn etc.).
Disable Internet Explorer Proxy settings. It can be disabled from Internet Options -> Connections -> LAN Settings and uncheck proxy server settings.
Do not configure external webcam other than exam application (like MSN, Yahoo, Skype etc.); otherwise exam application will not detect the external webcam
After installation, you must go through the “User Manual” for Know-How to attempt your paper.
An icon will be visible on your desktop after installation of VUTES exam application. Please double click the icon to run the demo test.

The University, after due approval of its Board of Governors (BoG), is launching an “Endowment Fund”. The fund will be managed through contributions by the University, its students, alumni and other donors (i.e corporate sector, individuals etc). The main objective is to ensure funding for Research and Scholarships.
The BoG has authorized the University to collect Rs. 1,000/- per student w.e.f Spring, 2016.
In this connection, the fee vouchers generated for Spring, 2016 will contain Rs. 1,000/- for local students and $10 for overseas students as contribution towards the Endowment Fund. This will be a “one-time” contribution from all existing and newly admitted students; w.e.f Fall, 2016, only newly admitted students will contribute towards this account.
