Type $.fn.jquery in your console and tell us what numbers it says. You probably have a second version running somewhere.

I used this plugin “jQuery Migrate”.
https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/
On the plugin settings page set “jQuery Version” to “Legacy 1.12.4-wp”.
I think will fix the error.
