Why bacteriophage require bacteria for it`s reproduction?

Bacteriophages, just like other viruses, must infect a host cell in order to reproduce and that is why they use bacteria for their reproduction.

Negative perception means to think negatively about something. People in early days used to think that Biotechnology is dangerous and could create monsters like Frankenstein who was a fictional character.

                      Who is Frankenstein?

Frankenstein’s monster or Frankenstein’s creature, often erroneously referred to as simply “Frankenstein”, is a fictional character who first appeared in Mary Shelley’s 1818 novel Frankenstein. Its used in your course because people in early days used to think that Genetic Engineering is dangerous and could create monsters like Frankenstein.

One gene is for one trait or multiple genes for one trait?

Starting codon are same for all protein process?

Which cell is used for hens wing transformed into hens leg?

One gene for one trait is possible while its also possible that mutiple genes control a single trait and this phenomenon is called as Polygenic inheritance.

AUG is the most common START codon and it codes for the amino acid methionine (Met) in eukaryotes and formyl methionine (fMet) in prokaryotes.

Pitx1 or Tbx4 are thought to be responsibkle for leg development in hen.

                              Does RNA contain nucleosides?

Our DNA is matched only from our parents or also our paternal and maternal family?

A nucleoside consists of a nitrogenous base covalently attached to a sugar (ribose or deoxyribose) but without the phosphate group so it can be present in DNA or RNA. Also, DNA can be matched with our parents but some features and characters are present throughout the family as you may have known and seen that many families have a particulkar disease running through them like Diabetes, Blood pressure issues, Hairfall etc.
