Meat is grown in a laboratory from cultured cells. The meat is made by first taking a muscle sample from an animal. Technicians collect stem cells from the tissue then multiply them dramatically and allow them to differentiate into primitive fibers that then bulk up to form muscle tissue.

I did not understand HarsheyChase experiment.
Hershey and Chase used T2 phage, a bacteriophage. The phage infects a bacterium by attaching to it and injecting its genetic material into it. This means that the phage’s proteins stayed on the outside of the bacterium. These results showed Hershey and Chase that the genetic material that infects the bacteria is DNA.
