Project managers are employed in all companies and handling different types of work. Their job includes leading a project team and be effective in managing relationships and communication with all involved in the project or affected the project. Project manager required to manage schedule, scope, risk, quality, and budget. Moreover, project managers need leadership skills as they lead the project team, negotiate a contract, and resolve conflicts and problems. Project managers required to meet stakeholder’s expectations and they must have a great ability to successfully negotiate others for resources, money and time to increase the chances of project success. There is another factor that takes part in project success, like, ability to lead a team of talented and strong-willed people.

Is it true or wrong to say that an object with zero acceleration has velocity? Either yes or no explicate it with example. Ans: . The velocity and acceleration of a particle do not depend on each other (however rate of change of velocity with respect to time gives acceleration ) i.e if velocity is zero acceleration may or may not be zero or vice versa. Example :
Consider a simple example when we start a vehicle, initially we have zero velocity but have non-zero acceleration(that is why vehicle will start moving).
2.If we drop a ball from some height above the earth surface the velocity at that instant is zero but acceleration in non zero (gravity) which acts downward. The acceleration would increase the velocity in some time. Can we say that an object with zero velocity have acceleration?
Either yes or no explicate it with example. Ans: Yes, an object can have zero velocity and still be accelerating simultaneously.
Example:
Consider an object moving in the forward direction. suddenly a force actson it and tries to acceleration the object in the backward direction . when you observe the object, you will find that the object will continue to move forward for some time and then stops momentarily. Then the object will start to move in the backward direction. Is it wrong or correct to say that, if an object has constant acceleration, it has a constant velocity? Either yes or no explicate it with example. Ans: An object with a constant acceleration should not be confused with an object with a constant velocity.
If an object is changing its velocity whether by a constant amount or a varying amount then it is an acceleration object. And an object with a constant velocity is not accelerating.
Q.2 Estimate the soccer ball‘s speed immediately after being kicked off if its mass is

Ans:

F=256N
Distance =0.2M
Mass =0.5KG
Velocity=?
FORMULA:F=ma
As we know acceleration is equal to a =∆𝒗/∆𝒕
F=m(=∆𝒗/∆𝒕)
256=0.5(velocity time)
Velocity = 256 / 0.5×time
Velocity = 256 / 0.5×1
Velocity = 512km/s

Scenario 01:

According to Companies Act 2017 [Section 247], the person who is a partner or employee of a director, other officer or employee of the company cannot be appointed as auditor. So, the appointment of M/s Shafee & Co as external auditor is not legally permissible as Mr. Waseem – director of Barkat enterprises is also a partner of M/s Shafee & Co
Scenario 02:
According to Companies Act 2017 [Section 247], the public company having paid up capital of three million or more must hired the chartered accountant or chartered accountancy firms as external auditors. So, the appointment of Nabi Associates as external auditor is legally permissible as MTM (Pvt) have 3.2M paid up capital.
Scenario 03:
According to Companies Act 2017 [Section 247], the person who is a spouse of company’s director cannot be appointed as auditor. So, the appointment of Mr. Ahsan’s company as external auditor is not legally permissible as Mr. Ahsan is a spouse of company’s director i.e. Miss Sara.
Scenario 04:
As per Companies Act 2017 [Section 247], a persons who is Present directors, other officer or employees of the company or who held these offices during the last three years cannot be appointed as external auditor. So, Mr. Shahbaz cannot be appointed as external auditor as he holds the company office as an officer in preceding 2 years.
Scenario 05:
Mr. Zeeshan cannot be appointed as external auditor of Hussain Enterprises as he is still employee of the company which is against the conditions of Companies Act 2017 [Section 247] for appointment of auditors.
