This reading presents different errors that may occur in the field of knowledge management (KM). A systematic attention has been recently given to KM therefore it is important to detect these errors so that KM does not become yet another management trend that promises too much but delivers too little. If we would not be able to identify and resolve these errors, “what we know” about knowledge management may become a myth.
Assignment Question:
There are eleven errors discussed in the article. According to you, how might you rectify the following two errors? Discuss with rationale.

2. Focusing on the Past and the Present and Not the Future
