Earbuds are essentially designed to shoot sound directly at your eardrums. Damaging? Probably. Fun? Absolutely. As good as surround-sound in a home theater? Definitely not.
The makers of the 360 5.1 Virtual Surround Sound Earbuds decided it was time to change that. These buds supposedly pack a unique, patented technology that will supposedly make you feel like you’re sitting in the recording studio.
Built to separate frequencies, the idea is that they deliver crisp, surround sound-like quality, whether you’re listening to music, audiobooks, or podcasts. The intrasonic frequency offers a booming bass, while the material inside the headphones absorbs any unwanted feedback.
It took ten years to develop the 360 earbuds, plus more than $250K of funding on Kickstarter, so they’re definitely worth checking out.
Normally, the 360 5.1 Virtual Surround Sound Earbuds cost $150, but for the next few days, they can be yours for $72 — that’s more than half off.
