    Suppose the light signs of a shop are continuously blinking after every 2 seconds. You have been given information that input pulse provided to the lighting circuitry is clocking at a rate of 4 Hz.
    Now, your task is to identify the number of J-K flip flops used to make your circuit blink every 2 seconds and draw the timing diagram of this circuit for every output like F0, F1 etc.

    Please simplify this expression by using K-map or Quine mac method if the part is solve then create circuit
